The <b>Production Manager</b> has a key role in our TM/Production chain leading and managing the Mechanical Fabrication, Electronics Assembly, PU Fabrication, Assembly and Testing and Supply Chain teams with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance.<br>
<b>We will only consider candidates with international exposure.</b><br>
The job location is in Sharjah, UAE.<br>
<b>Main duties and responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
Manage TM/Production Department and all the support staff in Logistics Centers within the LIN SCAN territories. Ensure the proper distribution and delegation of duties up-down within the department. Execute performance evaluation for the departmental personnel.</li><li>
Develop and execute corporate strategies for the TM/Production Department and Logistics Centers in Company&rsquo;s Subsidiaries, which are consistent with the Company objectives.</li><li>
Develop the proper communication between the Corporate TM/Production Department and all the Logistics Centers (if applicable) through ERP and regular reporting.
</li><li>Review and approve the equipment requests/PIDs from Operations.</li><li>
Review and approve the tool preparation plan and all the changes related to it. Maintain ILI tool fleet in current build state.
</li><li>Ensures proper allocation of resources to each tool preparation project based on agreed schedules.</li><li>
Ensure all technical requirements are covered during the planning and preparation phases.</li><li>
Follow up and direct Ops Asset, Production, Supply Chain managers and Ops Asset representatives.</li><li>
Control quality of tool preparation project deliverables with supporting managers and quality control representatives.</li><li>
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate execution of the Operations project plan with the support of the Managers.</li><li>
Ensure production, assets, Supply Chain costs are not exceeding the planned budget for pre-planned and agreed scope of work.</li><li>
Timely and accurate report to top management about TM/Production/inventory/logistics activities.
</li><li>Ensure on time tool delivery.
</li><li>Ensure proper preparation and handover of equipment to Logistics as per Company procedures.</li><li>
Ensure Quality &amp; HSE Procedures are applied and followed all over all TM/Production branches.</li><li>
Management and formation of Logistics Centers in Head Office and in the Territories.</li><li>
Implement tool standardization and upgrade project.</li><li>
Participate in review committees for new design concept approval.

Skills/Experience required:</b><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, and/or equivalent industrial experience.</li><li>
Over 7 years of experience in the pipeline environment ideally with projects covering Pipeline Inspection, Integrity, Pigging, Cleaning, Freezing, Hydro-testing. Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices, machines, and tools.</li><li>
Fluent in English written and oral.</li><li>
Experience of managing a large, motivated team and overseeing the operations.
</li></ul><b>Other:
</b><ul><li>Ability to travel without any major visa restrictions.</li><li>
Readiness for frequent business trips around the world.</li></ul><p><b>
