The Asset Protection Manager drives store shortage reduction, safety, and profitability improvement by developing and executing asset protection action plans. This role drives process improvement and ensures effective compliance of strategies, procedures, and policies. What you will do

Under the direct supervision of the Asset Protection Area Manager (APAM) the role of the Asset Protection Agent (APA) is to ensure the safety of our customers and associates along with the protection of company assets. The APA is the first and last impression of the WSS brand and must be helpful and courteous to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Monitor sales floor by providing Extreme Customer Service (ECS) and using CCTV as needed to identify suspicious behavior.
