Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Claims Analytics &amp; Decision Support serves as a strategic finance partner to Claims leadership, translating financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support loss cost management, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities:
Claims Financial Leadership
Own financial analysis and decision support for the Auto Claims organization:<ul><li>

Annual Salary
$130,175.00 - $212,175.00

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Are you ready to step into a key leadership role and drive meaningful improvements in rail operations? As an Assistant Roadmaster, you&rsquo;ll be charged with ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal condition of track infrastructure across your assigned territory, which extends from Pittsburg, KS to Dequeen, AR. Collaborating with the Roadmaster, you&rsquo;ll deliver innovative, cost-efficient engineering solutions while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will be vital in sustaining a safe, high-performing rail network that enables smooth, uninterrupted train service and preserves our infrastructure integrity. You will consistently uphold all Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) standards, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to safety and excellence. 
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Support the Roadmaster in enforcing CPKC safety practices, policies, and procedures among all direct reports</li><li>
Contribute to achieving compliance, service, and financial outcomes</li><li>
Oversee, coordinate, or execute emergency responses to service disruptions within the geographic territory, while maintaining and implementing seasonal plans for winter, spring floods, and fire management</li><li>
Manage employees according to the terms of the collective agreement and resolve disputes or grievances as necessary</li><li>
Gather and document information to aid in establishing annual and multi-year capital planning priorities</li></ul><ul><li>
Oversee quality assurance for Track Programs and Equipment (TP&amp;E) projects</li><li>
Ensure CPKC is aligned with all Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulatory processes</li></ul> 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
High school diploma or general equivalency</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
2+ years of previous railroad experience in track maintenance &amp; renewal</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year experience leading track renewal crews such as rail tie crews</li><li>
Proficiency of railway track safety rules</li><li>
Application of the collective bargaining agreement</li><li>
 Participated in an on-call rotation, providing emergency response support every other week to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations</li></ul>

Management Conductor Program
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
