Develop tools and procedures to streamline daily operations of existing and new entities.</li><li>
Report to Corporate Controller as assigned with accurate and timely reports and analysis to facilitate financial information needs.</li><li>
Participate in a wide variety of special projects and prepare required reports.</li><li>
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>
Conform with, and abide by, all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.</li><li>
Travel required to other DCC Offices including but not limited to Blaine, Hugo, and Keewatin.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; or</li><li>
4+ years of hands-on accounting experience</li></ul><p><b>

This position is responsible for managing the accounting function for all solid waste &amp; recycling entities.</p><p><b>

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.</p><p><b>

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.</p><p></p><p><i><br>
