<li><p>Minimum educaion required: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com).</p>

<li><p>01 year Diploma in Textile Design or Fabric Printing from a recognized technical board</p>

<li><p>Minimum of 03 years of teaching experience in a design school, vocational center, or an industrial training unit.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong personal portfolio demonstrating proficiency in hand-printing or digital textile layouts.</p>

Urban Outfitters Home is seeking an Assistant Concept Designer who works to identify key trends and formulate seasonal concept ideas appropriate for the home category.</div>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Creating fresh, innovative, and commercial seasonal concept collections as well as ongoing fast turn products and collections. Collaborate with the overall Concept Team to ensure outstanding concept direction while meeting business objectives.</li><li>
Partner with your team to present to Sr Director on seasonal inspiration, concept direction and trend.</li><li>
Be vocal of conceptual styles that support the seasonal designs and fulfill the needs of the business as outlined by the Buying team.</li><li>
Work closely with other category Designers to cross pollinate ideas, outfitting, assortment balance and maintain seasonal design direction.</li><li>
Collaborate with Textiles Print team on seasonal print &amp; color direction and assortment.</li><li>
Pitch trend color palettes to complement each season concept for all categories.</li><li>
Maintain deadlines in partnership with your manager</li><li>
Prepare for and participate in all relevant product meetings.</li><li>
Identify raw materials and work ahead with design and PD leads to ensure newness is achieved.</li><li>
Help manage the seasonal assortment and work to build, improve, and elevate</li><li>
brand identity.</li><li>
Bring together trends for Home, Decorate, Lifestyle and Tech</li><li>
Research and Balance ideas across customer types</li></ul>
Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>Outstanding taste level with the ability to recognize, forecast, and translate.</li><li>
Ability to use AI as a tool to enhance presentations.</li><li>
Strong understanding of retail business to identify product opportunities and offer innovative design solutions.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners in Buying, Production, and Design.</li><li>
Outstanding creative talent and taste level with the ability to recognize, forecast, and translate industry trend direction.</li><li>
Strong understanding of the Urban Outfitters customer aesthetic and product.</li><li>
Strong Graphic Design background.</li><li>
Ability to keep up on technology.</li><li>
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Home Design, Concept or relevant field(s).</li><li>
