Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Staff Management:<ul><li>
Supervise and support nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).</li><li>
Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.</li><li>

Ensure that all resident care is delivered in accordance with their individual care plans.</li><li>
