About the Role 
Quality Manager (15+ Years&rsquo; Experience &ndash; Stadium Projects Mandatory)
The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across all design stages, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, international standards, and project-specific procedures. The role requires extensive experience in complex large-scale projects, with proven stadium project experience as a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with contractual requirements and company standards.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as client specifications.</li><li>
Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across all disciplines during design development.</li><li>
Review and monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards prior to submission.</li><li>
Establish and manage document control, audit, and inspection processes related to quality.</li><li>
Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits where required.</li><li>
