If you are an expert at translating strategy into on-ground results through coaching and rigorous execution, join us in shaping our brand&rsquo;s presence.</b></p><p><b>See full Job Description below:</b></p><p><b>Job Description:</b><br/><b>Position Purpose:</b></p><p>This role is responsible for managing Brand Ambassador&rsquo;s and Merchandising teams, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies, improving sales performance, and maintaining high standards through training and regular field monitoring.</p><p><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Team Training &amp; Professional Development: </b>Provide training on product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and professional selling skills while ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform standards. Align the team with KPIs to meet company performance targets.</li><li><b>Field Execution &amp; Retail Excellence: </b>Ensure full compliance with planograms and maintain high merchandising standards while driving brand visibility through effective shelf and POS management. Maintain product availability and promptly resolve stock issues.</li><li><b>Performance Auditing &amp; Data Analysis:</b> Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards. Analyze sales data to identify gaps, implement improvements, and monitor attendance and field activities for productivity.</li><li><b>Strategic Operational &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination</b>: Coordinate with Sales and Distribution teams for smooth operations and stock flow while building strong relationships with retail partners.
