<li>Proven experience in landscaping management, horniculture, or garden operations</li>
<li>Technical knowledge in landscaping design, plant physiology, plant selection, soil science, fertilization programs, irrigation systems, water management, integrated pest and disease control</li>
<li>Understanding of sustainable landscaping practices, native species protection, and environmental conservation</li>
<li>Proven experience managing budgets, suppliers, and projects</li>
<li>Proficiency in driving and operating heavy equipment</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach teams</li>
<li>Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><br>
