This position will report to the Director of Grants and Contracts and will perform most work activities in a large volume, fast paced, complex, detailed, and multifaceted environment. The selected individual&rsquo;s job responsibilities relate to the full lifecycle of sponsored program administration and will include, but are not limited to:
</p><ul><li>Supervises a team of three Pre-Award Coordinators allocates and balances workloads.
</li><li>Provides quality review and compliance approval for all proposals. Obtains and exercises Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) authority to submit proposals on behalf of the University.
</li><li>Demonstrates mastery of proposal submission requirements for standard federal, Commonwealth and industry proposals and a depth of experience with key NIH sponsors (i.e., NSF, NIH, SAMHSA, Foundations).
</li><li>Demonstrates extensive knowledge of federal grant policy, the Uniform Guidance, and Penn State research policies, processes, and practices and provides accurate guidance to faculty and staff based on that knowledge.
</li><li>Responds to faculty and staff questions and resolve issues that arise during proposal development. Interprets solicitation requirements and offers context and insight, citing policy and procedures based on experience.

JOB OVERVIEW:</b> The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum (Frogstreet), providing positive classroom management, supervising assistant teachers and support staff, implementing and encouraging positive child guidance, promoting and maintaining relationships with students and families, promoting and maintaining positive employee relationships, maintaining licensing requirements, cleaning, record keeping, and ensuring safety.</p><p><br>

The Assistant Program Manager – Meetings & Events supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings & events. As an Assistant Program Manager – Meetings and Events based in Bangalore, India, you will ensure seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications and administrative tasks while assisting in the end-to-end planning of meetings and events including timelines logistics, and on-site execution when required. <b>What your day-to-day will look like:</b><br>
Assist in the end-to-end planning of meetings and events including timelines logistics, and on-site execution when required
<br>Maintain and update event project plans, task lists, and status reports while assisting in on-site event management including setup and registration

<b>Required Qualifications:</b><br>
3–5 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or similar program delivery role with proven experience supporting both in-person and virtual event formats
<br>Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in dynamic environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
<br>Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during peak event periods with willingness to travel domestically to support event operations
<br>Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including customers and internal teams
<br>Proficiency in event project management including maintaining timelines, task lists, and status reports
<br>Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event platforms with ability to troubleshoot technical issues during events
<br>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate event records and documentation.

<b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br>
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
<br>Experience with Amazon corporate events or similar technology company event coordination
