 The Role
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Project Manager, and in conjunction with the PM or SPM, the Assistant Project Manager orchestrates buyout and procurement of trades. The APM is responsible for monitoring the procurement schedule, interacts with subcontractors, and reviews payment applications. Additionally, the APM assists with the day to day activities of a Project Manager and will mentor the development of a team of Project Engineers. With a Builder&rsquo;s mindset, the APM works closely with field superintendents to insure the project&rsquo;s schedule and review quality of installed materials.
 
 
 
 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

 The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time role that supports Project Managers and Project Executives by coordinating multi-department efforts to deliver HVAC and plumbing construction projects on schedule, on budget, and to specification.
