Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Resident Engineer - Viaduct to join our Construction Supervision team on a Metro Rail project. In this role you will get to oversee the construction of viaducts, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of viaduct works and associated items.</li><li>
Coordinate his direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team.</li><li>
Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities including correspondence related to the viaduct section and prepare replies for the review of the Resident Engineer.</li><li>
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction techniques related to viaducts.</li><li>
Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.</li><li>
Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.</li><li>

Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.</li><li>
Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable.</li><li>
Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.</li><li>
Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.</li><li>
Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.</li><li>

Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer to issue site instructions with respect to utilities works and associated items.</li><li>
Check and measure the performed work in his line of work, record and assist the Resident Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.</li><li>
Ensure correctness and completeness of &lsquo;as-built&rsquo; drawings within his line of work.</li><li>
Keep necessary records and as-built records and take charge of the handing over of the structural works to the respective service authorities and assist the contractor to obtain necessary final clearance.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university is required.</li><li>
Minimum of fifteen (15) years&rsquo; experience in design review and construction supervision of erection of beams, columns, and supports, foundations, deck, abutments, deck, spans, girders, bearings, expansion joints etc. and other components typically used in a viaduct installation/construction.</li><li>
Must have experience in Segmental Bridge Construction using Launching Gantry and bridges constructed by Balance Cantilever method.</li><li>
Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyze laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring the compliance with the project&rsquo;s specifications.</li><li>
Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with an excellent capability in written technical skills.</li><li>
Working knowledge of construction sequences and standard work procedures of the industry.</li><li>
Work experience on a metro rail project is preferrable.</li></ul>

Monitor progress of structural and bridge works against the construction schedule, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation measures.</li><li>
Manage and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs)(NCRs), site instructions, and technical queries related to bridge and structural works.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance to site engineers, inspectors, and survey teams to ensure accurate setting out and alignment of structural and bridge elements.</li><li>
Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks, focusing on high-risk activities such as lifting operations, work at heights, marine access, and heavy equipment usage.</li><li>
Support inspections for partial and final handover of bridges and structural elements, including snagging, punch lists, and verification of as-built documentation.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>

Assistant Community Manager| Education, Experience, and License Qualifications
Education:

<li>High School or GED equivalent</li>

<li>Two years of property management experience is preferred</li>
<li>Six months previous assistant community manager experience is preferred</li>

Assistant Community Manager | Job Functions

Leasing &amp; Occupancy
<ul>
<li>Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process</li>
<li>Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community</li>
<li>Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time</li>
<li>Meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention &bull; Create and manage content for the community's social media platforms, highlighting resident events and promoting engagement</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, welcoming environment by ensuring the office, amenities, and common areas are immaculately presented</li>
</ul>
Financial &amp; Administrative
<ul>
<li>Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely and accurate processing</li>
<li>Monitor delinquencies, make weekly follow-up calls, and coordinate eviction procedures as needed</li>
<li>Conduct regular ledger reviews to verify billing, payment applications, and account accuracy</li>
<li>Assist with financial reporting and documentation for Community Manager and regional leadership</li>

<li>Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager, maintaining continuity and team momentum</li>

Work Schedule:

Office Hours:

Our leasing office is open Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 AM&ndash;6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM&ndash;4:00 PM. One weekday off is provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule.

Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on the unique needs of the community.

Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period
 
Full-Time: Monday-Friday with on-call weekend every 7th weekend

Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
 
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
 
What You’ll Do
 
<ul>
<li>Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible</li>
<li>Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance</li>
<li>Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks.</li>
<li>Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Need
 
<ul>
<li>Previous direct care experience, preferred</li>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred</li>
<li>CBRF Certification, preferred</li>
</ul>
Our Wages
 
<ul>
<li>Our starting wages are between $19.75 - $24.15 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.</li>
<li>We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.</li>
<li>We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.</li>
<li>Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!</li>
