What Can You Expect<ul><li>
Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.</li><li>
Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.</li><li>
Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This include maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected.</li><li>

What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to the Regional Superintendent is to manage the day-to-day operation of the Regional Superintendent&rsquo;s office.

Responsibilities:

<li>Monitor student attendance on Educate/FACTS at the end of each month and notify schools to update their attendance</li>
<li>Prepare and copy the program for the Manhattan 8th-grade Graduation Mass</li>
<li>Other related tasks as assigned by the Regional Superintendent.</li></ul> 
Education, Experience, and Skills:
<ul><li>Education: some College experience is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years in an office setting.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask effectively, show initiative, and exercise patience and professionalism at all times.</li>
