We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing costs for infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring financial efficiency and contractual compliance.<ul><li>
Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment</li><li>
Conduct on-site measurements and quantity take-offs to verify project progress and costs</li><li>
Manage change control processes, including additional works notifications and purchase orders</li><li>
