Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as a professional representative of the CEO and NRB, building positive relationships with members, board members, government contacts, and industry partners.</li><li>Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, screening and prioritizing as appropriate.</li></ul>Communication Excellence<ul><li>Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, emails, reports, speeches, proposals, and other materials on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with NRB's mission and tone.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for written and verbal communications, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries from members, donors, partners, media, and the public.</li><li>Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up summaries for meetings and events.</li><li>Assist with logistics for board meetings, executive committee sessions, and key association events as needed.</li><li>Support CEO and Chief of Staff-led projects, initiatives, and special events, including research, preparation of materials, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Executive Support &amp; Calendar Management<ul><li>Manage the CEO's complex and active calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings, board/committee calls, travel, speaking engagements, and NRB events (e.g., annual Christian Media Convention).</li><li>Prioritize commitments, anticipate needs, and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximize the CEO's productivity and effectiveness.</li></ul>Office Oversight &amp;
