<div><p>Financial Crime and Compliance (FC&amp;C) department is responsible for ensuring that all financial crime and compliance risks within the Bank are identified, managed or mitigated. It establishes and maintains the Bank&rsquo;s regulatory communications, compliance risk management, regulatory reporting and compliance advisory. As an Assistant Vice President &ndash; Regulatory Change Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Compliance team to enhance and further embed the Bank&rsquo;s Conduct Risk Framework, including Consumer Duty, and to manage regulatory changes related to the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI). In addition, project management support will be required for any other significant Regulatory Compliance changes that may come into effect and require implementation by FC&amp;C. Degree educated in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting</li><li>
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, complex change programmes in Financial Services ideally in a global or Investment Banking environment</li><li>
Hands-on experience of regulatory change projects in a global banking environment</li><li>
Proven track record of delivering complex changes across multiple departments, including front office and back office</li><li>
Experience working with First, Second and Third Line of Defence teams and processes</li><li>
Solid knowledge of working across global systems and processes</li><li>
Demonstrable experience with Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile</li><li>
Solid experience across all steps in the Project Management lifecycle</li><li>
Good understanding of Personal, Corporate and Wholesale Banking services and products</li><li>
