Principal responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem and then finding pertinent solutions</li><li>
Overall business understanding of BFSI domain</li><li>
Providing high-quality analysis and recommendations to business problems.</li><li>
Efficient project management and delivery</li><li>
Ability to conceptualize data driven solutions for the business problem at hand for multiple businesses/region to facilitate efficient decision making</li><li>
Focus on driving efficiency gains and enhancement of processes.</li><li>
Use of data to improve customer outcomes through the provision of insight and challenge</li><li>
Also drive business benefit through self-initiated projects</li><li><p>
The role may require one to liaise with different stakeholders &ndash; business teams, business analysts, product owners, data engineers, platform developers etc.</p></li><p></p><li>
Working with an Agile mindset, using regular project management tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub etc. to share updates and remaining on top of the work</li></ul></div>

</div><div><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree from reputed university in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other quantitative fields</li><li>
Experience in managing significant data volume with in-depth knowledge of relational database management along with Consulting experience in the data analytics domain.</li><li>
Excellent Project Management skill is required.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge in SQL and Python must. Having knowledge/experience in Pyspark would be preferred. Knowledge of SAS is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of Big Data is required.</li><li>
Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform or any On-Prem and corresponding tooling solutions would be preferred</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including macro based excel sheets.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.</li><li><p>
Advanced capability in translating complex and/or technical work and insights into straightforward business language.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
