Review and implement incident reports; evaluate for need of intervention to minimize risk of further occurrences. Escalate incidents to nurse for review. Read and understand medications and charts. Maintain records and files for residents, inventory, and supplies. Maintain appropriate supplies at all time. Provide a quality assisted living and memory care program. Monitor associates in administration of mediation, including frequent audits of medication records. In coordination continually assess resident needs in relation to staff training needs to determine priorities in designing an ongoing orientation program. Participate in New Hire Orientation program and other regular staff meetings or functions. Report concerns and problems to supervisor. Support staff and leadership in On-Call responsibilities This position also requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience, prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility, and valid First Aid and CPR Certification. This position requires 2-3 years of experience with medication passing and management. Able to speak, read, write and understand the English language fluently.
