The Associate Account Executive (AAE) position is a sales development role. The position is designed to improve the knowledge and skill set of high potential individuals as it relates to cataract device sales with the goal of moving into a sales role in the Commercial Sales organization. The Associate Account Executive (AAE) be assigned to a district and work closely with a Senior or Principal Account Executive. The AAE will be assigned to a dedicated geography within a district but will be available to work across the region as needed.
