Overview of the role:</b></p>

To develop and implement the Doha Festival City Marketing Strategy. These strategies should incorporate all stakeholders and cover advertising, PR, Event Management &amp; Customer Service at the appropriate phase of the Mall development cycle to ensure effective reach to the target audience and maximization of the Mall brand positioning.

</li><li>Market Research &amp; Intelligence &ndash; ensures that competitor research on like properties in UAE and GCC is accounted for, together with general real estate news that could impact on brand (leasing / retail / development / RERA / government regulations updates etc). Market research to determine requirements for new business</li>
<li>Website / Online Digital Activation &ndash; Ensures at all times that the DFC website is up to date, takes into account new technologies &amp; trends and builds the strategy</li>
<li>Public Relations &ndash; working together with the PR Manager to promote and create newsworthy items to increase the AVE and awareness of DFC within the media</li>

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales &amp; Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating content creation, managing digital channels, and promoting both Raffles and Fairmont Doha as luxury hospitality destinations. Job Description</b><p><br>
As the Cluster Director of Brand &amp; Growth, you are the strategic custodian of the Raffles &amp; Fairmont Doha brands, ensuring that all marketing and communications initiatives are aligned with Accor's global and regional standards. Serving as the primary liaison with Accor&rsquo;s global and regional brand, marketing, and corporate communications teams, you ensure brand integrity while driving awareness, engagement, and growth across all hotel experiences.</p><p>
You will lead the strategic development, implementation, and performance of all integrated marketing communication plans while overseeing external agencies, managing key partnerships, and maximizing the impact of every campaign. You&rsquo;ll play a central role in shaping the perception of the hotel in both local and international markets, while supporting sustainability and community.</p><b><br>
Qualifications</b><br>

Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.</li><li>
Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management</li><li>
Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role, proficiency in Arabic language is requied.</li><li>
Experience working with global brand standards, preferably in an international hospitality group</li><li>
Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and market positioning across GCC and global markets</li><li>
Skilled in media planning, digital strategy, influencer engagement, and visual branding</li><li>
