What We’re Looking For: 
Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science , Information Systems, or a related field.
 
10+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on scalable, high-performance systems.
 
Proven experience in technical leadership , mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.
 
Backend Development & Architecture: 
Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or similar object-oriented programming languages).
 
Deep understanding of microservices architecture , RESTful API design, and distributed systems.
 
Strong experience in designing and implementing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems .
 
Database & Data Engineering: 
Advanced SQL programming with expertise in database performance tuning for large-scale datasets.
