 Associate Data Analyst
 
 with a passion for cross‑functional collaboration and building scalable data products. In this role, you will use your analytical thinking, business analysis skills, and technical toolkit (including SQL and modern analytics tools) to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources, and to translate those needs into well‑designed, reusable data assets.

 Support testing and validation of new or updated data products, including sanity checks, reconciliation with source systems, and tracking issues through to resolution.

 Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and knowledge‑sharing so that data products are well understood and easy to adopt across teams.

 About You
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of professional experience in a data‑focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst) working closely with stakeholders to solve business problems using data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands‑on experience writing and using SQL to query and manipulate data from relational databases or structured datasets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with at least one data visualization / BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) to build reports or dashboards that are used by multiple stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Finances is a must.

 Experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, or experimentation is a plus.

 Familiarity with Workday data, Salesforce.com, reporting, analytics, or similar enterprise application data domains is a plus.
