 YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

 5 to 8 years of comprehensive legal experience, along with an LLB from a reputable institution.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology-led businesses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal interpretation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with financial, data, and privacy laws including RBI, NPCI, IT Act, and DPDP/ GDPR frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior exposure to regulatory or law enforcement correspondence preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written English, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
 </li>
