Job Overview 
The Associate Manager, Marketing supports the execution of brand campaigns, photoshoots, and partnerships across Lucky Brand and A&eacute;ropostale. This role plays a critical operational and cross-functional role, managing samples, assets, timelines, and partner coordination to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.<div> 
Key Responsibilities: 
Shoots &amp; Sample Coordination 
<ul><li>Own the end-to-end sample process for all photoshoots across Lucky Brand and A&eacute;ropostale, from initial sample</li></ul></div><div>
 receipt through on-set execution and final returns. 
<ul><li>Partner with Merchandising to identify and compile styles for laydowns, pinups, and campaign shoots, ensuring</li></ul></div><div>
 alignment with seasonal and business priorities. 
<ul><li>Lead all sample logistics, including shipment coordination (messenger, UPS, etc.), on-set tracking, and timely returns</li></ul></div><div>
 to merchandising teams or licensees. 
<ul><li>Coordinate with licensee partners to secure non-core product, including accessories and footwear.</li><li>Collaborate closely with stylists during style-outs to ensure priority styles are featured and accurately represented.</li><li>Conduct pre-styleout reviews with merchant teams to validate sample quality, fit, and color accuracy.</li><li>Develop and distribute detailed shot lists for all Lucky Brand and A&eacute;ropostale shoots.</li></ul></div><div> 
Asset Coordination &amp; Delivery 
<ul><li>Create and distribute post-shoot asset &ldquo;cheat sheets&rdquo; outlining imagery details, item numbers, and delivery timelines</li></ul></div><div>
 for wholesale and creative teams. 
<ul><li>Manage organization, naming conventions, and archival of final campaign assets on shared drives.</li><li>Own asset delivery workflows with Authentic Brands Group and external partners, ensuring timely feedback,</li></ul></div>
 approvals, and final delivery.<div> 
Campaign Management 
<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery of assets from internal creative teams and external partners.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Social, E-commerce, Print &amp; Production, and Creative teams through weekly meetings</li></ul></div><div>
 to ensure clear briefing and execution of signage, site updates, and social content. 
<ul><li>Contribute to and maintain marketing calendars to support campaign planning, visibility, and execution.</li></ul></div><div> 
Influencer &amp; Product Seeding 
<ul><li>Manage influencer product seeding programs, including gifting for content creation and post-delivery follow-up to</li></ul></div><div>
 secure deliverables. 
<ul><li>Fulfill 5&ndash;10 weekly seeding requests across multiple product categories and fulfillment processes.</li><li>Collaborate with social partners to ensure influencer programs are aligned with marketing priorities and deliver timely</li></ul></div>

Collaborations &amp; Brand Partnerships

Brand Marketing Support

Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing &ndash; Fragrance operates as the NA business owner within the US Brand Marketing team; with accountability for brands performance, marketing strategy development, budget management, and execution for the Juicy Couture Brand and all assigned Prestige Fragrance franchises. The role owns key aspects of the business end-to-end and brings a clear strategic point of view to brand and portfolio decisions.

This role sits within the broader NA portfolio framework and translates portfolio priorities into brand-level strategy and results.

The Senior Manager reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director, and partners closely with Integrated Marketing Communication Team, Trade Marketing, Sales, Education &amp; Merchandising and Global Marketing to drive commercial performance and brand equity for the Fragrance portfolio. This role manages key relationships across partners and can serve as a back-up for Sandra when out or where needed to ensure continuity in decision-making and execution.

This is a deliberately focused role &mdash; scoped to enable deep channel ownership, faster decision-making, and full accountability for the portfolio. The Senior Manager owns the Fragrance marketing budget end-to-end for the allocated portfolio, from annual planning and allocation through in-market investment decisions and ROI tracking. This position is architected around execution excellence and channel mastery within a clearly defined scope, with responsibility for proactive problem solving and shaping strategy within the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy &amp; Business Ownership

<li>Own the full US marketing strategy for Juicy Couture &amp; Prestige Fragrances, from annual planning through in-market execution, with accountability for portfolio performance and business results.</li>
