The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Manager (PM) in the successful execution of large utility scale renewable power generation projects including solar PV, wind, and battery storage. Key responsibilities include assisting in the managing of construction safety, quality assurance, scheduling, contractor scope management, and budget oversight. The Associate Project Manager will support the PM in the execution and tracking of construction progress, ensuring contract compliance, and managing project closeout.
Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist PM&rsquo;s to ensure the timely execution of the project, within the established schedule and budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety, reliability, technical quality and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Support the PM in the execution of supplier and contractor contracts, including the review and approval of change orders and invoices</li><li>
Coordinate project expectations, workflows, and communications among various departments and stakeholders, both internal and external, to RWECE to ensure alignment with the project objectives, contracts, budgets and schedules</li><li>
Assist the project team in Quality Analysis/Quality Control for key deliverables associated with both managed projects and task, as well as those overseen by others</li><li>
With support from the PM, identify, report, and manage project risks in collaboration with the relevant project stakeholders to develop effective mitigation plans</li><li>

Job Requirements and Experiences:<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management related field of study from an accredited college or university</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; at least 5 years of progressive project management experience</li><li>
Experience in the power generation field is preferred</li><li>

The Clinical Research Coordinator II supports neurology movement disorder research studies under the direction of the research manager and primary investigators, working collaboratively with a team of peer clinical research coordinators.
Summary:
 
The Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRC II) independently coordinates assigned aspects of clinical research studies across a range of disciplines. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and retention, study data management, regulatory documentation submission and maintenance, communication with sponsors and institutional stakeholders, and monitoring of study compliance. The CRC II executes study protocols with increasing independence, identifies and resolves routine operational issues, contributes to process improvements, and may assist in mentoring less experienced staff. <div>The Project Coordinator for Strategic Initiatives provides administrative, logistical, and operational support primarily to the Senior Vice President (SVP)/Chief Operating Officer (COO), and to the Office of the President more broadly. Reporting to both the SVP/COO (who also serves in a capacity of Board Secretary) and the Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the President, this role is the primary administrative resource for SVP/COO-driven and board-related projects, priorities, and day-to-day tasks while also supporting presidential office operations in close partnership with and direction from the Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the President.

The work spans four main areas: financial administration (processing and reconciling invoices, expenses, and reimbursements for the Office of the President and Board of Trustees); board logistics and governance support (coordinating meetings, materials, travel, and documentation for the Board of Trustees); communications support (drafting correspondence and providing copyediting and formatting assistance); and general administrative coordination including scheduling, travel, and project tracking.
