 The Digi Tech Resource Group, a growing US-based software house, is looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM &ndash; CMS Development) to support and manage client projects with a strong focus on CMS-based solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling client communication, and contributing to upselling opportunities while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
 
 
 Work Split:
 
 
 80% CMS Projects | 20% Software / Custom Development Projects
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Assist in managing CMS-based projects (Wix, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress)
 
 
 Coordinate with designers, developers, SEO, and QA teams
 
 
 Communicate with international clients regarding requirements, timelines, and updates
 
 
 Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities for CMS, SEO, and add-on services
 
 
 Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines
 
 
 Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
 
 
 Support senior project managers in software-related projects when required
 
 
 Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
