<b>Job Overview</b><br>
This position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building.<br>
<b>Responsibilities</b><ul><li>
Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.</li><li>
Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales</li><li>
Phone Adherence: Adhere to Amica&rsquo;s phone standards and protocols to ensure productivity and consistency in customer interactions</li><li>
Activity Management: Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up</li><li>
Compliance and Education: Complete required continuing education to remain compliant with industry standards and regulations</li></ul><br>
Obtaining a state insurance license and fulfilling ongoing education requirements to keep the license active are mandatory and extensive training will be offered.<br>
<b>Salary and Work Schedule</b><p><br>
A starting annual salary of $50,577 ($24.32/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $66,525 annually ($31.98/hr).</p><p>
The 40 hour work week is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and includes a few holidays and Saturdays annually.</p><p>
The training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.</p><i>
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.</i><br>

Qualifications</b><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent education required</li><li>
Previous customer service and sales experience</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>

Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required</li></ul><br>

As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet our customers&rsquo; needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.
