Job Description</p><p><b>
Primary Function of Position</b></p><p>
The Principal Audit Analyst will play a key role in scaling Intuitive&rsquo;s Internal Audit Analytics function by designing and enhancing a continuous monitoring program that delivers real-time visibility into business processes, helping to identify operational risks, potential fraud, and transaction anomalies. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights by developing compelling visualizations and dashboards tailored for business stakeholders and executive leadership. You will also work across multiple data sources, performing ETL and managing large datasets within platforms such as the Snowflake enterprise data warehouse to support data-driven decision-making.</p><p>
This position will serve as an essential member when it comes to all analytics requests within our Internal Audit department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Internal Audit Analytics Manager to execute tests that answer business questions and develop analytic solutions. The right person for this role is passionate about learning accounting business processes and risks while exploring a career in data analytics.</p><p><b>
Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Develop an understanding of operational risks, accounting business processes, and business data</li><li>
Perform routine execution of existing projects in a timely manner, including refreshing data and updating dashboards</li><li>
Establish a deep understanding of and partnership with assigned stakeholders</li><li>
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>

<p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Compliance Analyst is responsible for executing McCoin&rsquo;s AML/CFT, sanctions, Travel Rule and KYT Controls in line with the Compliance Management System (CMS).</p><p>The role operates within McCoin&rsquo;s in-house CRM system, which is automated and driven by real-time platform data, ensuring that all compliance activities are system-triggered, audible, and non-discretionary.</p><p>The Compliance Analyst ensures that financial crime risks are identified, assessed, and escalated prior to onboarding, transaction execution, and relationship continuation.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>1. Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD)</b></p><ul><li>Perform KYC onboarding checks (identity, sanctions, pep, adverse media) using integrated systems (e.g. Sumsub)</li><li>Apply risk classification (SDD/CDD/EDD) through the CRM/risk engine</li><li>Identify and escalate mandatory override triggers (e.g. sanctions, PEP Travel Rule failures)</li><li>Prepare EDD case files with supporting documentation</li></ul><p><b>2. Transaction Monitoring &amp; KYT</b></p><ul><li>Review automated alerts generated via CRM and Chainalysis integration</li><li>Investigate:</li></ul><p>&Oslash; Wallet exposure (darknet, scams, ransomware, mixers)</p><p>&Oslash; Behavioral anomalies and structuring patterns</p><ul><li>Ensure transaction blocking where system thresholds are breached or overrides apply</li></ul><p><b>3.
