Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.</p></li><li><p>
A background with experience in external audit working with</p><p>
Private Equity, Asset Management and Fintech clients.</p></li><li><p>
Organization, social, technical, and accounting and auditing skills to work efficiently with clients and staff as well as build positive relationships.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.</p></li><li><p>
Being able to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Additional Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Bachelor's degree required</b>. This position requires meeting the education requirement for CPA certification in your aligned home office state. (150 eligible credit hours)</p></li><li><p>
Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related focus is preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>
CPA strongly preferred, or pursuing CPA licensing in your state of residence</b></p></li><li><p>
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>

The Audit &amp; Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit &amp; Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,600.00 - $139,800.00 per year.<p></p><p><b>
