We are on the lookout for an experienced <b>Premium Audit Coordinator</b> who will work directly with the branch team to provide assistant functions to our field representatives. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the preparation of reports and appointments. You will also spend time completing inbound calls with insureds and audit representatives to encourage the appropriate preparation for upcoming premium audits.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work</li>
<li>High call volume averaging 8-12 calls per hour during business hours</li>
<li>Acts as a liaison between insureds and field representatives when setting up audit or inspection appointments</li>
<li>Assists with determining needs, scheduling or cancelling appointments, or referring the insured to the correct staff person</li>
<li>Correspond with policyholders, CPA&rsquo;s, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed</li>
<li>Communicates audit needs to the insured to help ensure information is prepared for the Phone Auditor</li>
<li>Maintains and updates contact notes on each assigned job in AuSum</li>
<li>Makes calls to check on status of information including insurance agent calls</li>
<li>Handles all calls in a professional and welcoming manner and uses tact when explaining this process and reasoning for the inquiry</li>
<li>Attaches information and adds progress notes as it becomes available in AuSum</li>
<li>Assigns audits to Phone Auditors once information is received</li>

<p><i><b>Looking for Junior Civil Engineer who is willing to work ISO Certification Body as Document Controller in Operation Team.</b></i></p><p>_ <b>Freshers can also apply.</b>_</p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>&gt; The Operations Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling certification audits while ensuring effective management of client records, files, and operational documentation. The role includes supporting accreditation activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021 requirements and assisting the operations team in maintaining efficient certification processes. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple certification projects simultaneously.</p><p>&gt; Key Responsibilities</p><p>&gt; Plan, coordinate, and schedule certification audits with clients and auditors in accordance with operational requirements.</p><p>&gt; Maintain and update client databases, certification records, files, and related documentation in an organized manner.</p><p>&gt; Ensure all certification files and records are properly controlled and maintained as per internal procedures and accreditation requirements.</p><p>&gt; Provide operational support during accreditation assessments and surveillance audits related to ISO/IEC 17021.</p><p>&gt; Communicate with auditors and clients regarding audit schedules, audit plans, and logistical arrangements.</p><p>&gt; Prepare and manage audit-related documentation such as audit plans, checklists, and certification records.</p><p>&gt; Monitor audit timelines and ensure timely completion of audit activities and submission of reports.</p><p>&gt; Coordinate with certification managers and auditors to ensure proper allocation of audit resources.</p><p>&gt; Assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation body requirements and internal quality management procedures.</p><p>&gt; Support documentation control activities related to certification processes and operational procedures.</p><p>&gt; Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information and certification records.</p><p>&gt; Assist in preparation of reports, summaries, and operational statistics related to certification activities.</p><p>&gt; Follow up with clients and auditors regarding pending documents and audit deliverables.</p><p>&gt; Provide administrative and operational support to the certification department as required.</p><p>&gt; Perform any other duties assigned by management related to certification operations.</p><p>&gt; Education &amp; Experience</p><p>&gt; Basic understanding of ISO standards and certification processes will be an advantage.</p><p>&gt; Skills &amp; Competencies</p><p>&gt; Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</p><p>&gt; Strong organizational and scheduling skills.</p><p>&gt; Good communication and coordination abilities.</p><p>&gt; Attention to detail and strong documentation management skills.</p><p>&gt; Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>&gt; Interested candidates may submit their CV to info@elitecertification.info with the subject line &ldquo;Application for Operational Officer&quot;</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>

   Initiate and control the Management office and ships&rsquo; internal and external audit processes to ensure that scheduling, initiation, and actual audit leading right up to close-out of audit findings are implemented timeously.

   Maintain records and database for all internal and external Management Office and ship audits.
  </li>

   Collect KPI results and tabulate it for Management&rsquo;s attention.

   Maintain record of external drug &amp; alcohol test (including unannounced) and liaise with the contractor to initiate the sample collection and keep record of where and when all ships have been tested.

   Qualifications &amp; Experience:

   Degree in Administration
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 4 years experience in an administrative environment

   Previous experience in marine related management would be preferable
