What You Will Do:
The IT Advisory Manager will lead stakeholder engagement and technical delivery for efforts supporting federal agencies with IT controls assessments and program evaluations. This is an ideal role for someone with an information security and assurance or IT audit background who is looking to utilize their skills to work with the federal government to analyze IT control weaknesses, identify root causes, and develop remediation plans.
Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
<ul><li>Leading a team of IT security auditors performing IT risk and controls assessments
</li><li>Performing rigorous assessments of IT controls using industry-standard guidance and leading practices
</li><li>Performing walkthrough interviews and maintaining communication with a variety of client stakeholders, including system personnel such as system and database administrators
</li><li>Requesting, obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of artifacts to assist in executing IT controls testing such as security plans, SOPs, system screenshots, and system configuration settings
</li><li>Evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls using provided artifacts, industry-standard guidance, leading practices, and professional judgement
</li><li>Documenting the results of IT controls test work in a consistent and high-quality manner that would allow a reviewer to repeat the test and reach the same conclusion
</li><li>Summarizing and communicating IT controls assessment results to a variety of client stakeholders, including senior leadership personnel
</li><li>Planning and executing day-to-day activities of IT controls assessments individually and for the team
</li><li>Working with client personnel to understand and analyze known IT control weaknesses, identify root causes, and develop detailed, robust remediation plans
</li><li>Providing subject matter expertise to client personnel on all matters relating to IT controls and responding to ad-hoc IT controls requests from client personnel
</li></ul>What You Will Need:
<ul><li>An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology or business-related field
</li><li>SIX (6) or more years' experience providing IT consulting services focused on IT Risk and Controls. Experience should include but not be limited to:
<ul><li>Experience in consulting with the federal government to include senior government clients
</li><li>Understanding and knowledge of federal information security and assurance laws, requirements, and guidance (i.e. FISMA, NIST SP 800, FISCAM)
</li></ul></li><li>Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M (IAT III) certification (i.e. CASP+CE, CISSP, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP) within the first 90 days of starting at Guidehouse.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

</li><li>Individual should demonstrate knowledge and experience in IT risk and controls through IT audits, IT control assessments, and IT security reviews. It is desired that individual maintains a relevant certification such as the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or is eligible to attain certification.
</li><li>Individual should demonstrate a working knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800 series, FISCAM, and other relevant Federal information assurance laws, regulations, and guidance. Experience performing FISMA, OMB Circular A-123, or similar internal control assessments is preferred. Experience remediating and implementing IT controls is beneficial.

What You Will Do
As the Audit Manager for County Monitoring in Western Ohio, you help county agencies stay in compliance with federal rules and state requirements. You work with the Section Chief to make sure monitoring reviews are completed on time. You also guide and support county agencies by answering questions, offering training, and providing technical help.
You directly supervise five external auditors. You lead their daily work, review their monitoring reports, and ensure they follow audit standards and federal guidelines. You oversee monitoring reviews for Family Service agencies in Western Ohio, including County Departments of Job and Family Services (CDJFS), Public Children Services Agency (PCSA), and Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) offices. Your region includes the Dayton and Toledo metro areas.
This role also keeps regular contact with county partners. You help counties understand program rules, resolve issues, and prepare for reviews. The job requires strong knowledge of federal compliance, Uniform Guidance, and several federal programs reviewed at county agencies.

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio&rsquo;s E1 Exempt Pay Schedule, Pay Range 14. The EMEA accounting and reporting function owns the GL accounting and oversees the month end closing procedures for all subsidiaries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and execute audits and advisory engagements assigned from the annual work plan and perform special projects, investigations, internal controls testing, continuous auditing, and other engagements.</li><li>
Conduct risk assessments and develop unique work programs to test procedures after gaining an understanding of the environment, governance, risks, and controls.</li><li>
Document work in the TeamMate audit tool and support conclusions. Identify internal control weaknesses, non-compliance with organizational policies, laws, and regulations, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness. Research root-causes for corrective recommendations.</li><li>
Conduct interviews to gather evidence for data analysis and assess control effectiveness. Perform thorough testing of IT controls to determine their effectiveness.</li><li>
Complete audits timely with well written reports according to established department standards and effectively communicate the results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.</li><li>

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Lead &ndash; IT Systems and Controls to join our Internal Audit function, reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit. SOX IT Controls &amp; Assurance<ul><li>
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of SOX testing for IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Automated Controls, and Key Reports</li><li>
Assist in the annual IT SOX scoping and risk assessment process in alignment with the overall ICFR and SOX program.</li><li>
Conduct and lead walkthroughs and design/effectiveness testing of IT controls across homegrown and third-party systems</li><li>
