 As a Senior Associate, you will be reporting to Managers and higher grades, working as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your job duties will include but will not be limited to:

   Leveraging on your skills and experience to become a trusted advisor to your clients on topics of risk &amp; internal controls

   Engaging and dealing with diverse teams from the planning through the completion phase of the audit as well as closely following up on the progress of the requested tasks to ensure meeting the timeline and the firm&rsquo;s internal KPI&rsquo;s.

   Working with clients to improve their internal control maturity and to help them in mitigating the risks they face by developing internal audit and risk management strategies to strengthen their existing controls and processes

   Identifying key risks, defining the audit methodology, and process improvement by understanding the client&rsquo;s objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environments

   Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, and taking part in researching and identifying opportunities on new/existing client

   Drafting the audit findings, the related impact, potential risks, and recommendations

   Planning and executing the engagements effectively to ensure completion of the projects within budgeted time and cost

   Assisting our clients in the deployment and development of their internal audit/internal control function

   Reviewing the work of the associate levels and providing them on-job training, coaching and constructive feedback to help them grow

   A degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance Industrial Engineer, or any related discipline.

   Completed or pursuing a professional qualification, such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is a plus.

   Progressive experience at the Senior Associate level or at least 3-6 years working in internal audit preferably in one of the big 4 professional services firm.

This position is responsible for executing risk-based audit engagements across the entire audit lifecycle, from planning and fieldwork to testing. <ul><li><p>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Internal or External Audit. Knowledge and exposure consistent with that of an Audit Senior.</p>

<li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field may be substituted.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus, or active pursuit of these certifications.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge and application of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and practices.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge and application of artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance internal audit processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Understanding the entire audit process (planning, risk assessment, execution, reporting) across financial, operational, and compliance domains, including specific procedures like sampling and testing, adherence to departmental standards, and knowledge of internal controls (e.g., identifying key risks, documenting and mapping business processes).</p>
</li>
<li><p>The ability to execute specific audit procedures; conduct detailed financial analysis; evaluate the adequacy of internal controls; and identify key risks to inform assessments. This includes proficiency in using Google Suite and internal audit software for documentation and execution.</p>

<li><p>Skills in guiding and training junior team members; reviewing work for quality and compliance; and ensuring adherence to audit documentation and testing requirements. This KSA highlights the supervisory and quality assurance aspects of the role.</p>

<li><p>The ability to liaise with internal teams, serve as a key contact, and build strong working relationships. This also encompasses the skill to compile, synthesize, and present draft audit results and recommendations clearly to senior team members.</p>
