Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to oversee the internal audit team within our fast-paced FMCG business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily administrative and audit activities, supervising audit tasks, conducting field visits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control day-to-day administrative functions related to the Internal Audit team.</li><li>Supervise all audit activities performed by the team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Report any audit deviations or irregularities directly to the GM.</li><li>Conduct field visits and perform primary audit checks to validate processes and controls.</li><li>Review POS Chief operations, cash collections, correct discrepancies, post sales statements to SAP, and manage Cashier and Supervisor ID creation in POS.</li><li>Process Migo/Miro reversals and update MAP for retail and warehouse operations.</li><li>Provide SAP finance support and assist with month-end closing in MM and FI modules.</li><li>Ensure utility invoices are booked and paid before their due dates.</li><li>Prepare VAT assessment reports for submission to the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR).</li><li>Provide salary deduction details to HR, conduct salary simulations, and post FI entries.</li><li>Verify consignment article sales and coordinate with procurement accordingly.</li><li>Prepare monthly audit and financial reports for senior management.</li><li>Plan, organize, and execute cyclic, half-yearly, year-end, and special physical inventory counts.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and support external audit processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control functions, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.</li><li>Proficient in SAP MM and FI modules and POS systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong computer skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Valid Bahrain driving license is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>FMCG: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Bahrain driving license (Required)</li><li>CPA (or equivalent) (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 31/08/2025

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Providing business and administrative support and coordination in all required HR areas and being responsible for assisting every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with the School Director on the manpower planning, prepare the first draft of staffing needs, and send to the HR Manager and Regional Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer attendance and leaves in own school, follow up on employee&rsquo;s records, and raise attendance issues to direct supervisor, School Director and HRM for corrective action when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all recruitment activities related to local and expat staff such as but not limited to, posting vacancies on SABIS&reg; Careers and other recruitment websites, screening and shortlisting resumes, organizing technical tests / demo lessons, conducting 1st interview, scheduling interviews with the line managers, and conducting reference checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write feedback and keep candidates&rsquo; files and applications updated on SABIS&reg; Careers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect required documents from new joiners, prepare and follow up on the Letter of Intent (LOI), employment contracts, confidentiality and waiver agreement, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and ensure proper implementation of the orientation programs for new and returning staff members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and follow up on the induction programs for new joiners and coordinate all logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle the issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize the HR files and keep all records up-to-date (both soft and hard).
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and ensure a proper implementation and compliance with all internal policies and procedures, and raise concerns to School Director and HR Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and handle the HR roundtables in own school and share a consolidated report with the School Director and HR Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and follow-up on Performance Improvement Plans and Talent Development Programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that Classroom Observations are being done in an efficient and effective manner throughout the academic year and inform the School Director and HR Manager of any delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update all HR related documents and websites such as the Employee Handbook, Onboarding Website, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other tasks as requested as they arise and as delegated by the Management.

 Ideal Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or any relevant degree

 English &amp; Arabic proficient

 Human Resources Certification is a plus
