Also works closely with Corporate accounting staff.</li><li>Receives, codes, &amp; enters invoices into the WellSky financial system directly for non-po invoices.</li><li>Receives &amp; enters invoices into ENVI system for po invoices; then upload said invoices into WellSky for payment processing.</li><li>Ensures timely, accurate data entry, retrieve missing invoices through websites or direct vendor contact.</li><li>Ensures proper approvals are completed by hospital staff.</li><li>Investigates &amp; documents invoice discrepancies; resolves with materials managers.</li><li>Reviews &amp; approves for accuracy &amp; Corporate policy assigned facilities&rsquo; staff expense reporting through the Concur system.</li><li>AP Email rotation &ndash; answers vendor requests for payment information, distributes invoices to AP team, checks and distributes statements to AP team, researches as necessary.</li><li>Establishes &amp; maintains good working relationships with new vendors &amp; hospital staff.</li><li>Reconciles statements as received; follows up with invoice requests as needed.</li><li>Ensures check requests are accompanied by appropriate documentation &amp; Corporate approvals.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
