Job Summary
The Psychologist has two main responsibilities:<ul><li>

Essential Functions
Clinical Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Selects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.</li><li>
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments (e.g. ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnosis.</li><li>
Develop and deliver appropriate, individualized treatment recommendations to families.</li><li>
Provide high quality and efficient clinical services and reports.</li><li>
Participate in continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.</li><li>
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.</li></ul>
Program Development:<ul><li>
Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master&rsquo;s level psychometricians (psychology associates), and doctoral externs in clinical psychology:<ul><li>
Plan and execute weekly individual supervision sessions for pre-licensed clinicians, including training, direct and indirect observation (including live observations, video-based observations, and review of permanent products), and progress monitoring.</li><li>
Plan and executive weekly group supervision sessions, to include case presentations, delivering didactic presentations, and facilitating group interactions between pre-licensed clinicians at various professional levels.</li><li>
Review and provide feedback on test administration, scoring, and report writing.</li><li>
Share observations with Program Lead for purposes of monitoring performance of pre-licensed clinicians and develop plans to provide additional support as needed.</li><li>
Maintain supervision forms in an organized, shared location as directed by Clinical Leadership and in accordance with state mandates and ethical guidelines.</li></ul></li><li>
Stay up to date on current and relevant ethical codes, guidelines, and requirements.</li></ul>
Collaboration<ul><li>
