 Job Responsibilities &ndash; What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As a Parts Clerk, you&rsquo;ll support our service shop by ensuring that parts are ordered, stocked, and managed efficiently:<ul><li>
Order parts from preferred vendors</li><li>
Create purchase orders and manage invoices</li><li>
Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory</li><li>
Maintain bin locations and inventory levels</li><li>
Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits</li><li>
Support technicians by supplying necessary parts</li><li>
Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and slow-moving inventory</li><li>
Operate a forklift to load/unload parts</li><li>
Keep the parts department clean and organized</li><li>
Answer calls and deliver outstanding customer service</li><li>
Perform other shop support tasks as assigned</li></ul>

Previous experience with automotive or heavy-duty truck parts (dealership experience a plus)</li><li>
Forklift certified (or willing to obtain certification)</li><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>

Responsibilities
