The Data &amp; Insights Analyst will play a key role in transforming how our organization understands, uses, and communicates data, acting as a strategic bridge between our organizations&rsquo; creative, research, and operational sides - turning scattered information into meaningful narratives and evidence-backed insights.
This role will focus on identifying and consolidating data across our projects, research, and archives - developing dashboards, visualizations, and insights that bring clarity and narrative power to our work.
Over time, this role will also explore how AI tools can enhance efficiency, creativity, and impact - from data analysis and reporting to supporting our storytelling and conceptual projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization&rsquo;s data landscape and identify key data sources across departments.</li><li>Design and implement frameworks for data collection, governance, and analytics that align with organizational objectives.</li><li>Create and present visual data stories, dashboards, and insights to inform leadership decisions and highlight impact.</li><li>Partner with teams across projects, research, and communications to translate complex data into accessible narratives.</li><li>Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Technology, to explore and pilot AI tools that support productivity, analysis, and innovation.</li><li>Support strategic planning by providing evidence-based insights, reports, and recommendations.</li><li>Build organizational capability in data literacy through knowledge sharing and internal training sessions.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
