About the Role<p>

</li><li>Work with the Solutions Manager, project management office analysts, and engineering managers to ensure the resolution and closure of defects during system implementation testing and user acceptance testing.
</li><li>Defect Management and Issue Resolution: Manage the development process to ensure proper defect tracking, including identification, fixing, re-testing, and migration of defects.
</li><li>Define and incorporate the defect tracking process into the overall development process if necessary.
</li><li>Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and defect management. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
</li></ul><p><b>Training and Continuous Improvement:
</b></p><ul><li>Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on testing processes and tools.
</li><li>Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and implementing best practices.</li></ul></div>
<br><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
</li><li>7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation
</li><li>Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
</li><li>Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools
</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Proficiency in testing tools and software
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Preferred:

Certification in Software Testing or related fields.
</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
</li><li>Familiarity with defect tracking systems and best practices.</li></ul></div>
