<li>3+ years of experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service-oriented business, preferably in a food service or retail setting.</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of drive-through experience required, catering experience a plus</li>
<li>Proven experience in managing the financial health of a retail operation, including but not limited to P&amp;L oversight, driving revenue, and managing costs.</li>
<li>Proven ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team and work environment.
</li><li>Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team.</li>

**Compensation &amp; Benefits
