The Automotive Technician also diagnoses automobile problems and performs repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. They may explain automotive problems and repairs to clients.Duties / Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnostics - Performs diagnostic testing and test drives to determine unknown issues</li><li>Maintenance - Regularly performs routine automotive maintenance with speed, accuracy, and efficiency</li><li>Engine - Performs engine repairs to the level of current expertise. Mindful of parts, fluids, and time usages to ensure cost containment.</li><li>Documentation - Always utilizes computer system to document inspection findings, maintenance and/or repairs performed</li><li>Growth &ndash; Minimum of one (1) certification required</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s License/MVR - Holds and maintains a valid driver&rsquo;s license and acceptable MVR.
