WHAT YOU'LL DO 
The Parts &amp; Service Coordinator owns the parts side of every service call. You'll order parts from vendors, track every shipment, record the six required fields on every order (vendor, order date, carrier, tracking #, expected arrival, received date, invoice #), file warranty claims, and tell our techs and our customers exactly when each part is going to arrive. When a customer calls to ask \&quot;where's my part?\&quot;, you're the person with the answer.
