At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, an AV Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels. 
 
What will I be doing?
As an AV Technician, you will support the Engineering Team to ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance energy conservation, are working properly and to standard. You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Specifically, an Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Job Description 
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Set up and check equipment for banquet functions based on daily issue of function sheets, including removal and storage</li><li>
Carry out work as assigned in order to ensure the correct and functional set up of all functions</li><li>
Operate equipment for functions as when required</li><li>
Ensure on a monthly basis that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for banquets</li><li>
Ensure that all outgoing and incoming equipment which have been requested for banquets outside catering are logged daily</li><li>
Carry out assignments on the &lsquo;Preventive Maintenance Programme&rsquo;</li><li>
