The Aviation Principal Program Manager &ndash; Special Systems serves as the senior execution leader for large, complex aviation Special Systems and IT programs. This role is accountable for program-level delivery across major airport initiatives involving terminal, airside, landside, and enterprise technology environments.</p><p>

Essential Functions</b></p><ul><li>
Lead execution of large, multi-discipline aviation Special Systems programs from initiation through closeout.</li><li>
Own assigned program scope, schedule, budget, staffing strategy, and client performance.</li><li>
Serve as the primary executive interface with airport authorities, airline stakeholders, prime architect, and project partners.</li><li>
Establish program governance structures, executive reporting cadence, and performance dashboards.</li><li>
Direct coordination across airport IT and Special Systems environments, including telecom infrastructure, network systems, security systems, passenger systems, and enterprise integrations.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in aviation IT, airport systems integration, or Special Systems program delivery.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex airport technology programs involving multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders.</li><li>
Deep understanding of airport IT and Special Systems environments, including telecom, network infrastructure, security systems, passenger systems, and systems integration.</li><li>
Proven record of program-level scope management, commercial discipline, and change control.</li><li>
Strong executive presence with the ability to manage complex airport authority and airline relationships.</li><li>
Active participation in the aviation industry, particularly in aviation IT or Special Systems forums. ACI-NA BIT participation strongly preferred. PS&amp;S committee participation desirable.</li><li>

2</b> Performs both semi-skilled and skilled labor in the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA) of all City of Dallas owned and operated airports; provides specialized knowledge and management of airport noise and abatement procedures; identifies issues with the surrounding communities and works to resolve noise concerns.</p><p><b>
3</b> Performs daily safety, security and operational inspections of the airport&rsquo;s equipment, runways, taxiways, perimeter fences and gates for compliance with Federal, State and local airport rules and regulations.</p><p><b>
4</b> Assists and participates in a wide range of airfield and airport maintenance tasks including pavement maintenance, wildlife management, and noise abatement and management.</p><p><b>
5</b> Responds to and provides assistance as needed, during aircraft emergencies facility equipment failure, airfield lighting failures, building/structure emergencies, pavement failures, hazardous incidents and related emergency situations.</p><p><b>
6</b> Maintains work records, including complaint resolutions, maintenance and repair logs, vehicle inspection forms, daily work logs, FAA inspection records, noise complaints, and other documentation; assists the public by properly responding to routine questions or complaints and requests for service; handles noise issues quickly and effectively.</p><p><b>

Job Summary</b></p></div><div><p>
The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician is responsible for the execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations at an assigned installation. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the TAS Technician performs aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure tasks in support of mission requirements.</p></div><div><p>
This position ensures all aircraft servicing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives. The TAS Technician is accountable for maintaining operational readiness, adhering to strict safety protocols, and supporting continuous 24/7/365 flight line operations in a high-tempo, austere environment.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>
Roles and Responsibilities</b></p></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by strictly adhering to all flight line safety requirements, including FOD prevention, tool control, and proper use of PPE at all times.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, and positioning in accordance with applicable Technical Orders and airfield procedures.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Execute aircraft arrival and departure services, including chocking, grounding, and ensuring safe positioning on the flight line.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Conduct aircraft servicing operations, including general ground handling tasks required to support aircraft turn-around and mission readiness.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in aircraft launch and recovery operations in coordination with Supervisors and Airfield Management.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Perform operator-level inspections and servicing of assigned equipment, including vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
