<li>Administer employee accounts using Windows Active Directory, and Entra AD in a hybrid cloud environment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues both remotely and on-site.</li>
<li>Track, document, and communicate with employees via collaboration tools and ticketing systems.</li>
<li>Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts to manage software using Microsoft Intune.</li>
<li>Configure and maintain software/firmware updates for corporate devices.</li>
<li>Perform mobile device management (MDM) for laptops and smartphones accessing company resources.</li>
<li>Deploy, monitor, test, and troubleshoot company resources and cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be a US citizen</li>
<li>Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role in a hybrid Azure cloud and Windows environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.</li>
<li>Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in a hybrid cloud environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with MDM solutions and cloud-based security practices.</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and a strong customer service focus.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104 Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, MCSA) are a plus.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:

<li>Onsite and remote support as needed.</li>
<li>Occasional after-hours work may be required.</li>
