 We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and continuously improve our Microsoft Azure cloud platform.  The Azure Cloud Engineer role is part of our Azure &amp; Infrastructure Team and works closely with Identity &amp; Messaging, Security, and regional IT teams to ensure that our cloud services are secure, resilient, cost‑effective, and aligned with organisational standards.

 The ideal candidate would have the following skills and attributes:

 Team Beheer vormt het kloppend hart van de IT-organisatie van de provincie Gelderland.  Als Azure cloud engineer werk je in het multidisciplinaire Azure Platformteam van team Beheer. Samen met je collega&rsquo;s draag je bij aan een veilige, schaalbare en toekomstbestendige cloud omgeving voor provincie Gelderland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten en beheren van onderdelen van onze Azure-omgeving en resources, waaronder DevBoxen.  Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and native tools (ARM Templates, Terraform).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Azure services: AKS, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, EventHub, App Service, Function Apps, Blob Storage, DNS, Virtual Networks, Service Bus, Site Recovery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in automation and configuration management (Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Azure Policy).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of hybrid cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and virtualization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Linux OS.
 </li>
