Essential Duties:</p>
<ul><li>Positioning themselves on the concrete forms and moving the pump hose or concrete bucket into place for the pouring of the concrete.
</li></ul><ul><li>Levelling the top surface of freshly poured concrete on floors, walls, ceilings, or sidewalks. Responsible for finishing the concrete surface to meet the tolerances for thickness and flatness before the concrete has cured. Initially, the concrete finisher must strike the concrete with a screed to create a level, smooth surface.
</li></ul><ul><li>Applies a bull float to the concrete to further smooth the surface and bring the moisture to the top of the concrete area. The float is operated by a concrete finisher applying pressure to the float as it is moved back and forth over the concrete.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Applying hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete. This includes waterproofing, damp-proofing, and restoring concrete surfaces.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Operates a trowel to finish the surface when the concrete has reached a semi-cured status. Moves the machine over the concrete surface to level the concrete and develop the desired finish. Follows up with the finish trowel using the steel trowel. Often, after the mechanical trowel has been used, the final troweling is performed by the concrete finisher using a 14-inch steel trowel.</li></ul>

We have an immediate need for a <b>PT Bakery Clerk</b> <b>(BOH) </b>in our <b>Ramsey, NJ </b>store. <i>Our Bakery Clerk (BOH) are responsible for making pizza dough, packing out bakery items, traying and baking croissants, muffins, and cookies.</i></p><br>

Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>
Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment</li><li>
Prepare dough, pack bakery items, prepare bakery cookies, cakes, pastry, etc. for oven baking. Remove all baked good from oven onto cooling racks to prepare them for next steps (decorating, piping, boxing, etc)</li><li>
Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with Uncle Giuseppe's standards</li><li>
 Maintain and properly use all department equipment as require</li><li>
Rotate products to ensure freshness of our gourmet pastry and bakery products</li><li>
Other duties and functions as assigned</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.</li><li>
Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language</li><li>
A team work approach and a desire to work with gourmet baked goods is required</li></ul><p><br>

<p>We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery &amp; Pastry Chef to lead the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong technical expertise, and the ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and specialty items</li><li>Develop and innovate new recipes, menus, and seasonal offerings</li><li>Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products</li><li>Monitor and control ingredient usage, food cost, and wastage</li><li>Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for ordering supplies</li><li>Supervise and train junior kitchen and bakery staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations</li><li>Work closely with management to meet business goals and customer expectations</li><li>Handle special orders, custom cakes, and event-based requirements</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef in a hotel, bakery, or restaurant</li><li>Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment</li><li>Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and design</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in high-volume production or luxury hospitality environments</li></ul><p>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
