MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Actively enrolled in a bachelor&rsquo;s degree program in business, finance, banking, or a related field, with junior or senior standing anticipated in the upcoming academic term. 
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 
Eligibility to work in the United States. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Effective organizational and time management skills. 
Demonstrated eagerness to learn in a professional environment. 
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn banking systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in banking compliance, policies, and regulatory standards. 
Willingness to participate in cross-training and assume responsibilities across multiple departments.
