What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Bartender to join our team! This individual will help to direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions, serve as the bartender as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function. Your role:<ul><li>

Qualifications and Skills
A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.<ul><li>
Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience</li><li>
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.</li><li>
Strong communication skills</li><li>
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>
Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional triple shifts, occasional split shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours.</li><li>
Understanding of basic room diagrams for station setups and seating charts for guests&rsquo;</li><li>
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group environments to customers, clients, and or employees of organizations that we serve.</li></ul>
Education and/or Experience
1 year prior food / bartender service experience required, preferably in Banquets.
