Job Description<ul><li> 
Achieve revenue and sales targets by proactively securing event and group business within assigned market segments.</li><li>
Prepare proposals, contracts, and event offers that maximize profit while meeting client needs.</li><li>
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and on-site inspections to generate new business and maintain key relationships.</li><li>
Follow up on leads, pending proposals, and existing accounts to secure repeat and future bookings.</li><li>
Coordinate event details with Operations, Banquets, Culinary, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>
Communicate client requirements, special requests, and event updates clearly and promptly to all relevant teams.</li><li>
Monitor booking pace and revenue performance, contributing to monthly and annual sales reports.</li><li>
Ensure the Events Sales function operates within budget and supports overall hotel sales strategies.</li><li>
Maintain effective correspondence, documentation, and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Support the development and execution of sales initiatives and marketing activities to increase event revenue and market presence.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of hotel experience, specifically in Events Sales, Banquet Sales, or Group Sales.</li><li>
Strong understanding of hotel operations, including banqueting, front office coordination, and F&amp;B services.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-value events or group bookings in a hotel environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts within the hospitality sector.</li><li>
Proficiency in hotel sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, events, and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused hotel setting.</li></ul>
