To set up banquet room and serve all food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.</p><p><b>
What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>
Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guests and hotel expectations.</li><li>
Sets up all banquet functions such as table linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces.</li><li>
Sets up waiting and beverage stations.</li><li>
Sets up all perishable items for banquet service such as bread, butter, and cream.</li><li>
Serves all food and beverages to banquet guests. Replenish beverages as necessary.</li><li>
Clear away all dishes and items used in the service of a banquet, including the linens.</li><li>

The Banquet Server will assist with setup, service, and strike for all events assigned and ensure member/guest satisfaction and presentation are consistently attained.
