</li><li>Provide food service for banquet events in accordance with Hotel &amp; Banquet standards
</li><li>Setup action stations, Cook (ie: simmer, brown, saut&eacute;, Serve patrons at action stations in accordance with head chef plate presentation and garnishes
</li><li>Setup banquet buffet displays both hot, and cold in allotted time
</li><li>Maintain food levels at those displays
</li><li>Engage guest(s) at banquets events in order to determine food allergies, preferences, and dietary needs. Report those needs and preferences to the proper Banquet captain(s)
</li><li>Proper coffee brewing and tea brewing techniques are expected of all banquet staff
